Build a Team

Why would you want to build a team???
(answer) To earn more income without putting in MORE hours!

In this industry, one of the benefits is getting paid by your company from the sales volume generated by your team.

Not a lot of effort is needed by any One distributor.. If each does just a little, It is amazing what can happen. Building a team creates TIME freedom from the rat race of a day to day job. It also creates new long term friendships. Some of our best friends are team members that we never knew before we began our network marketing career.

With that said.. Who do you know???

If you really joined a direct sales company to make money then you will almost have to build a team of some sort. If you believe in your products and are passionate about them then this should be hard. It's as easy as stricking up a conversation.

Friendships were the BEST "perk" for my direct sales business. They last for life.
